Jughead goes full Roman emperor on the cover of this 1989 Archie Series issue, lounging on cushions amid an overflowing fruit basket while a servant offers him a feast platter — his quip about a "Caesar Salad" summing up his priorities perfectly. A fiddler plays overhead as Veronica-like attendants hover nearby, and the whole colorful scene teases the interior story "Karma Comedy" with cheerful ancient-world absurdity. Rex W. Lindsey's cover work captures Jughead's laid-back appetite for both food and a good pun in fine form.
