Arrowette is back — and she's making sure you know it! This September 1998 issue of Impulse features a cover by Craig Rousseau and Wayne Faucher that leans fully into the fun: a grinning, costumed Arrowette holds an arrow right across Impulse's face while cheerfully asking "Get it?" — a winking visual pun on her own return that perfectly captures the series' breezy humor. With Jason Hernandez-Rosenblatt writing and Ethan Van Sciver on art, "The Return of Arrowette" looks to be exactly the kind of lighthearted, energetic adventure this title does so well.
