Ivan Reis and Oclair Albert pack the composition with kinetic energy and menace, making this September 2007 issue feel like a gathering storm. Geoff Johns's "Fear & Loathing" chapter promises the kind of large-scale cosmic conflict the cover is clearly teasing.
