Ollie, Roy, and Dinah clash with the Wild Dogs and Sheriff Jones over the pipeline construction. Roy finally regains his memory of how his Native American step-father was killed and seeks to bring the killer to justice. In flashback, we see how after Ollie kicked Roy out years ago, he turned to drugs and was taken in by Count Vertigo, who used Roy to help him gain control over people by broadcasting his vertigo powers through cell towers.
