Mar 2021 · IDW · 3.99 USD

In G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #281, a brutal ambush on a U.S. Army convoy along the Trucial Abysmia border sets the stage for a high-stakes mission. When MP Sgt. Regina Allen sacrifices her left arm to save her comrades, she’s later recruited by Hawk into G.I. Joe and given a bionic replacement—codenamed Sherlock—to track down Cobra’s deep-cover operatives within the Pentagon. Written by Larry Hama and illustrated by Andrew Griffith, with colors by J. Brown and letters by Neil Uyetake, the issue’s cover by Andrew Griffith captures the tension of a soldier reborn.
