As the Joes continue towards Cobra Headquarters on Cobra Island, Firefly awaits in ambush, with them still unaware that the Commander has left. As Snake-eyes confronts Firefly, he has gathered all of the still-living Red ninjas into a Scorpion battle stance perfected by the Arashikage Clan, with Firefy as its stinger, ready to attack him in this 'unbeatable' formation.
