The Flagston family's beloved comic strip comes to life in this cheerful 1957 Dell issue, with two gleeful kids riding atop Dawg the big white shaggy dog as he charges across the grass, tongue lolling and paws flying. One of the children dangles a bone from a fishing rod to urge Dawg forward, while a smaller toddler watches the wild ride from the hillside below.
