“Wild Bill Elliott and Death on Black Mesa”

In the snowy stillness of Black Mesa, Wild Bill Elliott answers a call from Sheriff Conner just three days before Christmas, drawn into a mystery that’s as cold as the mountain air. When Bill intercepts a lone outlaw robbing an old prospector, he glimpses a strange tattoo—a rising sun—on the man’s arm before the killer vanishes into the wilderness. The story, "Wild Bill Elliott and Death on Black Mesa," features artwork credited to Cary (pencils and inks), capturing the stark, tense atmosphere of a frontier tale where every shadow could hide a secret.
