This 1952 Dell ten-cent gem sends Mickey Mouse and Goofy on a high-altitude adventure, and Dick Moores' cover captures the comedy perfectly — Mickey hauling on a rope in full mountain-climber gear while a bewildered Goofy dangles precariously, both of them apparently at the mercy of a cheerfully oblivious yak anchoring the other end. The snowy Tibetan peaks looming in the background give the whole scene a grand sense of scale that makes the duo's slapstick predicament all the funnier. A wonderfully charming piece of mid-century Disney comics storytelling.
