Four Color #352
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeA ten-cent Dell gem from 1951, this issue sends Mickey Mouse and Goofy riding into Western adventure with the promise of "The Mystery of Painted Valley." The cover by Bob Grant shows the two pals in full cowboy mode — Mickey sporting a blue hat and red bandana up front while a wide-eyed Goofy hangs on behind, both perched atop a very expressive horse that looks none too sure about the arrangement. It's a warm, cheerful snapshot of Disney comics at their most playful, with interiors brought to life by artist Bill Weaver.
