When Bertram Bear threatens to ruin the Raggedys' picnic with Mummy and Sunny Bunny, the Raggedys make a fake snakeskin to scare him away. Both Bertram and the the group inside the fake snake fall into a hole which is the entrance to the land of the Loonies. The Loonies capture Bertram and the Raggedys have to use the fake snake to scare the Loonies and rescue him.
