Fear Itself: Fearsome Four #3

The third chapter of this 2011 Marvel limited series ties directly into the Fear Itself event, and the cover by Mike Kaluta delivers a kinetic rush of Marvel muscle — Ghost Rider roaring forward on his flaming motorcycle while Wolverine, claws extended, and Man-Thing surge through a chaotic swirl of figures, with Spider-Man swinging in from the left to round out the quartet. It's a striking composition that captures the raw energy of four very different heroes (and anti-heroes) colliding in the same desperate fight. With Brandon Montclare writing and a rotating artistic team including Tom Grummett, Ray-Anthony Height, and Henry Flint, "Part Three: Overcome" promises plenty of visual dynamism as the series heads into its home stretch.
