“Worlds in Collision!”

In "Worlds in Collision!", the Fantastic Four find themselves trapped on the male-dominated planet of Machus, forced to battle monstrous foes in Mahkizmo’s arena while he plots to merge his world with Thundra’s Femizons. With Medusa’s unexpected arrival leading a band of Femizons, the heroes face a clash of civilizations — but the true outcome of the merger is far from what Mahkizmo imagined. Written by Tony Isabella and illustrated by Rich Buckler and Joe Sinnott, with colors by Petra Goldberg and letters by Joe Rosen, this 1974 classic features a dynamic cover by Gil Kane, John Romita, and Frank Giacoia.

Mahkizmo gloats that the captive heroes cannot stop his plans to merge his world of Machus with the planet of Thundra's Femizons. He forces them to fight monsters in his arena, but they are rescued by the arrival of Medusa, leading a gang of Femizons. Though the planets do merge, the result is not what Mahkizmo expected, and Thundra returns to Earth with the FF.
