A rainy day in Shanghai sets off a chain of mishaps when Scorchy’s pocket is picked—only for the thief to drop the stolen item when he spots a cop. The object mysteriously ends up back in Scorchy’s pocket, unnoticed. Later, the daring "Flying Reporter" Toni Lovell convinces him to join her for a flying lesson, leading to a sudden dive into the dense jungle. Written, drawn, and inked by Rodlow Willard, with a cover by Jerry Fasano, this 1950 issue captures a quirky adventure in the pages of Famous Funnies #191.
