The image captures the story arc's title, "Straight Through the Heart," with haunting visual poetry, where beauty and danger are quite literally intertwined. Willingham, Buckingham, Leialoha, and Pepoy continue their long run on Fables with this 2013 Vertigo installment, and the cover alone makes a compelling case for picking it up.
