The Punisher faces off against familiar foes like the Kingpin and Daredevil, while also dealing with threats from his own past, including the return of the villainous Jigsaw and the introduction of the deadly Typhoid Mary. The collection also delves into Castle's supporting cast, including Microchip and the vigilante's conflicted relationship with his family's legacy.
In "Marching Powder," the Punisher follows a trail from a cryptic tip by an old marine buddy to a deadly international drug ring tied to a Vietnam vet long thought dead—listed on the Memorial Wall. When his friend Ayers is found murdered, the Punisher pushes deeper into the cocaine trade, hunting those who pulled the trigger and buried the truth.
In "Bolivia," Frank Castle is drawn into a deadly game when Hoyle leads him to Bolivia to meet General Tranh, a South Vietnamese warlord now running a vast cocaine empire. With loyalty demanded in blood, the Punisher must choose between obeying a brutal command or protecting a DEA agent caught in the crossfire—setting off a brutal clash against a well-armed and ruthless drug ring.
In "The Devil Came From Kansas!", the Punisher finds himself drawn into a deadly game after a bank robbery in Missouri sends him chasing shadows across state lines. His path leads him to Kansas, where he uncovers a violent white supremacist group using stolen money to fuel their extremist agenda.
In "The Rev," the Punisher slips into the Church of the Saved, a cult led by the charismatic Reverend Sammy Smith, using a forged identity crafted by Microchip. After being shot and left for dead, the Punisher is inexplicably healed by Smith’s strange powers—only to uncover a horrifying truth when he finds the videotape the cult was desperate to protect.
In "Ministry of Death," the Punisher ventures into the remote jungles of Guiana with Reverend Sammy Smith, a charismatic leader whose compound hides a dangerous secret. There, he encounters Smith’s enigmatic sister, whose unsettling abilities only deepen the mystery as the group faces a chilling ultimatum. As the tension mounts, Frank must decide how far he’ll go to stop a massacre—before it begins.
In "Garbage," the Punisher dives into a violent turf war over garbage collection in New Jersey, uncovering a chilling conspiracy when he learns one mob family is smuggling plutonium to a pair of Arab terrorists. With no regard for the law and a relentless drive for justice, he moves through the city’s underbelly, following a trail of blood and corruption that leads deeper than expected.
In "The Ghost of Wall Street," Frank Castle teams up with Quentin O'Toole, a former Wall Street broker now living on the streets, to infiltrate the corrupt Billionaire Boys Club led by Arnold Ansen. As Frank digs into a web of stock manipulation and a secret deal with a Japanese syndicate, he's drawn into a deadly game where the real threat hides in plain sight—among the city's forgotten.
In "Insider Trading," the Punisher makes a high-stakes deal to swap a captured Mr. Takegura for the elusive Roky, a member of the Billionaire Boys Club and a ruthless homeless killer. What begins as a calculated exchange quickly spirals into chaos, drawing in unexpected casualties and leaving the aftermath both brutal and irreversible.
In "Second Sight," the Punisher, wounded after rescuing a Mexican girl from a brutal gang of coyotes, finds himself in the care of a local medicine man who offers more than just healing—his guidance may be the key to seeing the truth behind the violence he’s sworn to end.
In "Castle Technique," the Punisher intercepts a death row inmate’s last chance at freedom when he learns his girlfriend plans to spring him—only to take matters into his own hands first. But when she arrives, already unhinged, she murders the inmate, steals the Punisher’s car, and abandons him in the desert, leaving him stranded and outnumbered.
In "Sacrifice Play," the Punisher, still healing from past wounds, teams up with a husband-and-wife pair of prison guards to stop a dangerous prison transport from being hijacked by the Samson Family and their unstable leader, Lydia Spotto. As the chaos unfolds, the guards are caught in a deadly crossfire, and Ortiz faces an impossible choice when a final, desperate move could save lives—but at a terrible cost.
In "To Topple the Kingpin," the Punisher and Microchip launch a digital assault on the Kingpin’s empire, disrupting his operations with a devastating virus. The Kingpin retaliates by sending the ruthless assassin Kliegg to eliminate Frank, forcing him to gather a small band of allies and prepare them for a brutal confrontation.
In "Escalation," the Punisher’s quiet retreat in the Everglades is shattered when the Kingpin sends the assassin Kleigg to eliminate his ally Reese. With his base compromised and his tech compromised, the Punisher and Microchip launch a digital counterstrike, crippling the Kingpin’s network—only for the criminal mastermind to respond with a young hacker and a brutal, tank-equipped ambush at the very hotel where the Kingpin is counting his cash.
In "Computer War," the Punisher is forced to abandon his battle van in a desperate bid to escape Kingpin’s armored assault. With his systems compromised, Kingpin turns to Mr. Wong and his nephew George to handle his data crunching—only for them to bring an assassin into the mix, setting off a deadly game of cat and mouse. When a masked intruder named Lem strikes at the Punisher’s home, killing Conchita before he can respond, the line between digital warfare and personal vengeance blurs.
In "Face Off," a desperate super hacker named Jeremy reaches out to Microchip, hoping to defect from the Kingpin’s empire—only to be murdered by his rival, George, moments after making contact. With Jeremy dead and the trail cold, Microchip and the Punisher, along with the reluctant Vernon, launch a high-stakes infiltration of the Kingpin’s tower, where alliances are fragile and survival depends on a dangerous, temporary truce.
In "The Spider," the Punisher tracks down Spider Rocque, a drug dealer responsible for the death of a Vietnamese woman and the orphaning of her daughter, following the trail across continents to Australia. The hunt is relentless, driven by justice that knows no borders.
