Geof Isherwood's cover — both penciled and inked by him — depicts Strange in his blue tunic and billowing crimson cloak trading blows with a wild, monstrous figure wreathed in flame and bearing a Jack-o'-lantern-like head, the two locked in a clash amid bursts of fire and debris. The bold tagline "The Fury of the Fear Lords!" promises that whatever terrors are gathering against Strange, they're arriving in full force right from page one.
