In Hidalgo Doc escapes his bonds and confronts Monja, brainwashed by John Sunlight, and blames himself for all the grief Sunlight has caused him and Hidalgo. Sunlight's minions fail to drug Pat Savage. Castigleone successfully kidnaps Bill Smith from police custody. Sunlight henchman Xauz fails to grab Bill Smith's daughter Helena. Castigleone manages to get some information out of Bill Smith.
