Tracy and Sam trace stolen money and discover where Blowtop has been fencing the money he stole in Boston. When the newspapers report the Boston robbery solved, Blowtop panics, seals the remainder of the loot in a can, and throws it into the river. He slips and falls into the river and almost drowns but is rescued by Vitamin, who attempts to recover the money.
