Tonsils agrees to kill Tracy for Mr. Crime. On vacation, Tracy takes Sparkle and Bonnie for a boat ride on the river. Tonsils shoots Tracy with a high-powered rifle. Tracy falls from the boat, which runs wild. Sparkle struggles but is unable to steer the boat, and it travels down river out of control. B. O., sure that he heard a gunshot, heads down the river bank to see what happened.
