Unable to hold Open-Mind on murder charges, Tracy and Sam search his flower shop and find stolen jewelry concealed in the bottoms of flower pots. Back at headquarters, Tracy and Sam begin working out a plan to bust what they believe is a large jewelry smuggling ring headed by Monty. Returning to his shop after being released from jail, Monty discovers that one of his pots is missing. At first he blames it one of his henchmen but realizes that Tracy has it. He makes plans to ship the jewelry by air.
