Businessman Milton Sladek hires amateur film maker Oscar Lampet to capture physical abuse on film and make so-called "snuff movies". Batman tracks down Lampet and tries to stop yet another assault. Unbeknownst to Batman, Lampet brought backup in the shape of oversized thug Tonka. Now Batman becomes the subject of a new snuff movie...
