With the Party Crashers after him for money, Dr. Wear seeks out Penguin for a loan. A witness is prepared to testify against Dr. Wear's procedures at Arkham Tower, and the Party Crashers are out to silence her. As Oracle, Batwoman, and the Batgirls attempt to track the witness, Nightwing continues to investigate at Arkham Tower, and compares notes with Huntress and learn that someone is controlling the Arkham patients, and the Bat-team tries to find out who is behind it.
