The story sees Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson dealing with personal upheavals and a mysterious threat that forces them to confront their pasts and the nature of their powers. Written by Dennis Hopeless with art by David Messina, this volume collects the complete four-issue series.
In "Sinners All!", Cloak and Dagger confront a seedy porno shop built on exploitation, uncovering a hidden network of enslaved workers. After learning the truth from Father Delgado, Dagger sets out to find her birth mother, drawn by a past she’s never known.
In "Mayhem," Detective O'Rielly is lured into a gas chamber rigged by the mob and the late Simon Marshall’s deadly legacy, only to be resurrected by the combined force of Cloak and Dagger’s powers—transformed into the vengeful, super-powered Mayhem. The story unfolds as her rebirth sets off a chain of violent consequences, blurring the line between justice and retribution.
In "Stowaways!", Cloak and Dagger find themselves aboard a smuggler’s ship bound for Marseille, France, where they’re forced to navigate dangerous waters—both literal and criminal. Along the way, they cross paths with a mysterious stowaway named Bill Clayton, whose own secrets may be the key to dismantling the drug ring they’re now entangled in.
In "The Lady and the Unicorn," Dagger joins a traveling circus across Europe, drawn in by its mystery and magic. As she settles into the world of acrobats and illusions, the line between performance and reality begins to blur—until a new lead on the drug smuggling ring pulls her back to the mission with Cloak and Bill.
In "O Little Town of Bethlehem," Cloak and Dagger follow the trail of a drug-for-weapons scheme to Bethlehem, where the truth about Bill Clayton’s involvement comes to light. As the investigation deepens, Clayton’s remorse surfaces, leading to a moment of sacrifice that changes everything.
In "The Golden Triangle," Cloak and Dagger track a drug trafficking ring to the opium fields of Cambodia, only to find themselves caught in a brutal conflict between government forces and rebel factions. Trapped in the crossfire, they face a terrifying new enemy: a super-powered warlord who rules the region with ruthless control.
