Cerebus #204
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freePart four of the "Guys" arc finds Cerebus — the aardvark himself — seated alone at a small round table, a glass of wine at hand, surrounded by an eerie drift of floating bubbles and the shadowy stonework of what appears to be a tavern or bar. The cover's stark black-and-white linework, brought to life by Dave Sim and Gerhard, gives the scene a quietly unsettling mood, with a speech balloon hinting at a tense exchange just out of frame. It's a deceptively still image that captures the brooding, introspective tone this long-running Aardvark-Vanaheim series does so well.
