Cerebus #178
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freePart one of "Changes" arrives in this installment of the long-running Cerebus: Mothers & Daughters arc, and the cover by Dave Sim and Gerhard is immediately arresting. A framed vignette floats against an intricate golden-and-black grid of circular forms — inside it, a pale stone statue of a standing figure is surrounded by vivid red flowers, a colorful draped textile, and layered collage-like imagery including what appears to be a postage stamp. It's a quietly surreal composition that captures the philosophical ambition Sim and Gerhard brought to this series throughout 1994.
