With tensions rising between Allied nations, the duo must determine whether the crates were tampered with before departure or switched en route—before the enemy exploits the breach.
In "The Reaper (The Man the Law Couldn't Touch)!" from Captain America Comics #22 (1943), the shadowy Reaper arrives in America on a mission from Hitler to spread propaganda that glorifies the Nazi regime and brands Captain America as the real enemy. With a chilling blend of deception and menace, the Reaper aims to undermine the nation's spirit before the hero can stop him.
In "Captain America Wears the Cobra Ring of Death!", Steve Rogers finds himself framed for the murder of a high-ranking general in Washington D.C., where his unit has just been deployed. With two mysterious deaths linking back to the same eerie cobra ring, Steve must clear his name—using his wits and his shield—before the truth is lost in the shadows of wartime suspicion.
In "War Bond Vengeance," actor Carson Wells delivers a patriotic speech for war bonds—only to vanish mid-speech, snatched by Nazis. While the public assumes the whole thing was a staged performance, only Roddy Colt refuses to believe the ruse, setting him on a lone mission to uncover the truth.
