When Huppy’s experimental bubble invention goes awry—thanks to a mix-up with a helium tank—the decorated carrot takes flight, sending Bugs and Elmer Fudd on a wild chase through the sky in a borrowed helicopter. Written by Don R. Christensen and illustrated by Tony Strobl, with inks by Steve Steere, the issue features a delightfully chaotic adventure, all capped off by a vibrant cover by Walter Carzon and Rubén Torreiro.
