Peacekeeper-01, infected by Scarecrow's fear toxin, is on the loose in Gotham, while Saint tries to find a way to shut him down before he becomes a liability. Scarecrow hacks into Barbara's Oracle program to further spread fear through Gotham. The Unsanity Collective seeks shelter in Ivy's underground garden, while Harley and the Gardener attempt to help Queen Ivy.
