This August 1971 split-book from Marvel pairs Ka-Zar and Doctor Doom in one energetic package, with Herb Trimpe's cover depicting Ka-Zar mid-battle atop a snarling beast — knife raised, crying out "Strike, Zabu! A god must die — that the Savage Land may live!!" — while a second figure struggles nearby amid looming dinosaur silhouettes. The lower half teases the Dr. Doom story with the armored villain in action alongside a blue-silhouetted T'Challa, under the dramatic caption "…And One Is Traitor!" Inside, Gerry Conway writes and Gene Colan illustrates, with inking from Frank Giacoia and Mike Esposito bringing the story "Deluge!" to life — genuinely solid creative firepower for fifteen cents.
