Archie's Holiday Fun Digest #11
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe holiday spirit comes with a price tag in this charming 2006 digest, where a panicked Archie is caught on the phone smashing open a piggy bank — coins flying everywhere — while a inset circle reveals Veronica on the other end, sheepishly clutching a gift box and admitting she's "broke the bank" on his present too. It's a perfectly relatable yuletide moment brought to life with warm, expressive linework by cover penciler Fernando Ruiz and inker Jon D'Agostino, framed by festive ornaments and a cheerful Christmas wreath. Archie's Holiday Fun Digest #11 packs that cozy, laugh-out-loud Riverdale charm into a great-value package for the season.

Both Betty and Veronica feel badly about their presents to each other: Betty, because hers to Veronica are homemade and inexpensive, and Veronica because hers to Betty are so expensive. Betty feels she should spend more money and Veronica feels she should make something homemade and from the heart. Sugar Plum makes them realize that they love their gifts from each other.
