This 2011 issue of Archie pits Riverdale's own genius Dilton Doiley against none other than Mark Zuckerberg in a "Geek Face-Off," with the two rivals squaring off atop a rocky pedestal amid crackling lightning bolts — Dilton declaring "It's on, Poindexter!" while Zuckerberg fires back with equal confidence, tablet in hand. Surrounding them in giant floating heads are Archie, Veronica, Betty, and Reggie, all drawn into the drama of what the cover bills as "The Battle for Facebook." Dan Parent's pencils and Rich Koslowski's inks give the whole showdown a wonderfully energetic feel that makes this one of the more unexpectedly fun crossover covers in the series' long run.
