The Fly's nemesis, The Spider (formerly Spider Sprey) breaks jail again, this time by building a robot to take his place in prison. He sets traps for The Fly, tries to collapse a building on him, trap him with chlordane gas (an insecticide), tries to blow him up in a cave, then attacks with a robot spider. The Fly counters each trap with his buzz gun, his own robot, and super-insect powers.
