While sailing on a becalmed sea a spaceship appears over the Black Pirate's galleon, and by means of strong chains carries it through space to the planet of the Krolls. Upon arrival he and his son Justin motivate the Krolls to fight off the marauding race of giant Hill People who have been stealing their food, by teaching them about democracy and fair play. The galleon is then returned to Earth.
