“I Killed Superman!”

In "I Killed Superman!", Clark Kent awakens after being captured by Rajiv Naga's men, set up to draw Lois in. Using a memory of a past encounter where he outsmarted a killer by slowing his own heartbeat, Clark tries the same trick to escape—only to find himself trapped in a submarine, far from any rescue. Written by David Michelinie and brought to life by Tom Grummett’s art, with inks by Denis Rodier and colors by Glenn Whitmore and Digital Chameleon, this gripping issue sets a tense, claustrophobic stage. The cover, penciled by Grummett and inked by Rodier, captures the moment with stark intensity.
