Bob Booth, last president of the USA, is accidentally freed from suspended animation by some hillbillies who think he's a vampire. Dredd shows up in time and explains Booth was sentenced to 100 years suspended animation for starting the Atomic Wars. Then sentences him to life - helping the hillbillies reclaim the badlands.
