2000 AD #69
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeFrom June 1978, Prog 69 of 2000 AD delivers a wonderfully chaotic cover by Mike McMahon — Judge Dredd stands defiantly at the center, badge gleaming, surrounded by a bristling wall of gun barrels and armed soldiers, while a large goat looms at his shoulder with a cheerful "TWEAK!" Dredd's speech bubble cuts right to the point: "OK, come quietly — or else there'll be TROUBLE!" Inside, the anthology continues with Brian Bolland on art duties for "Inferno, Part 34," written by Pat Mills and lettered by Tom Frame. A fine snapshot of British weekly comics firing on all cylinders.
