This April 1987 issue of 2000 AD (Prog 519) arrives with a Carlos Ezquerra cover that leans hard into political satire — a suited Reagan lookalike stands at the center of a chaotic shoot-out, flanked by a red-haired woman in a revealing outfit and a helmeted figure delivering the deadpan quip "Slick work, cowboy!", while alien or mutant combatants clash violently in the foreground.
