A grinning MC addresses the faithful while onlookers — helmeted citizens in full Mega-City regalia — gaze up in reverence. Inside, Pat Mills and Bryan Talbot continue Nemesis the Warlock, Book V: The Vengeance of Thoth, making this a fine 1985 package of biting social comedy and dark sci-fi adventure.
