“When Wakes the War-Beast!”

In "When Wakes the War-Beast!", Alan Moore teams with Steve Bissette on art and Dave Gibbons on inks for a high-stakes clash that begins with the Fury intercepting aerial thieves en route to L.A.S.E.R. for Commander Sky Solo—only to be thrown into a far stranger conflict when the Voidoid attacks, followed by the sudden emergence of Cargo X, a super-evolved dinosaur wielding psychic might. With the help of Solo, the Fury must hold the line against forces beyond comprehension, all rendered in striking detail by Bissette’s cover and interior art, with colors by Marvin Kilroy and lettering by Don Simpson.
