Rik Levins

Rik Levins was an American comic book artist and penciller, born Richard Levins on October 10, 1950. He is best remembered for his lengthy run on Marvel Comics' *Captain America*, where he collaborated with writer Mark Gruenwald from 1991 to 1994. Together, they co-created the villain Superia. Levins also contributed to *The Avengers* and worked for AC Comics on titles such as *Americomics* and *Femforce*, as well as his own creator-owned series, *Dragonfly*. After his time in comics, he transitioned to the video game industry, working at N-Space on titles like *Danger Girl*, *Die Hard Trilogy 2: Viva Las Vegas*, and *Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes*. He later taught at Full Sail University. Levins passed away on June 12, 2010.
