Ming Doyle

Ming Doyle is an American comic book artist and writer, born in 1984. She entered the industry in the early 2010s, quickly gaining attention for her distinctive style—characterized by heavily lined, brushed inks that ground superheroics in a strikingly realistic world. Doyle’s work often balances gritty, textured linework with a palpable sense of awe, a quality praised by critics like Multiversity Comics.

She is best known for her contributions to DC Comics, particularly as the artist on *Constantine: The Hellblazer*, and for co-creating the crime series *The Kitchen* (later adapted into a film). Her credits span Marvel’s *Mara* and *Young Avengers*, as well as DC’s *Bombshells* and the miniseries *The Banks*. Doyle also wrote and illustrated *Anatomy of a Metahuman* for Candlewick Press. Active from 2012 to 2023, she has been credited on 48 issues across major publishers, often collaborating with writers like G. Willow Wilson and Kelly Thompson.
