Kevin J. Anderson

Kevin J. Anderson was born on March 27, 1962, in the United States. He is best known in comics for his extensive work on licensed properties, particularly the *Star Wars* universe. His most significant contribution is the *Tales of the Jedi* series, written with Tom Veitch for Dark Horse Comics, which expanded the franchise's ancient history. He also wrote *Predator* titles for Dark Horse and *The X-Files* comics for Topps. Outside of comics, Anderson is a prolific science fiction novelist, co-authoring the *Dune* prequel series with Brian Herbert and creating the *Saga of Seven Suns*. His novel *Assemblers of Infinity* was a Nebula Award finalist. Anderson has published over 140 books, with more than 23 million copies in print. He has twice won the Scribe Award and was elected Grandmaster of the International Association of Media Tie-In Writers in 2012. In 2021, he was inducted into the Colorado Authors Hall of Fame. He currently serves as a professor at Western Colorado University.
