Lasher

Lasher is one of five symbiote offspring forcibly spawned from Venom's alien costume by the Life Foundation, a survivalist corporation that sought to weaponize symbiotes as super-powered bodyguards. Bonded to a Life Foundation mercenary, Lasher forms part of a dangerous quintet alongside Phage, Riot, Agony, and Scream.

Born from one of the most celebrated Venom storylines of the early '90s, Lasher made their Marvel debut in the gold variant of Venom: Lethal Protector #1 (1993) — a collectible entry point into the Copper/Modern Age that David Michelinie and Mark Bagley built into a landmark chapter of symbiote lore. Sharing ink with Eddie Brock, Venom, Phage, and Trevor Cole across titles like Venom: Separation Anxiety, Lasher inhabits some of the darkest, most viscerally exciting corners of Marvel's symbiote corner of the universe.
