Chili Storm is a vivacious, sharp-tongued rival model who debuted in Marvel's classic humor series starring Millie the Model. Known for her fiery personality and competitive streak, she became a recurring foil and friend to Millie in the world of 1940s–1960s fashion modeling.

A Golden Age original with genuine staying power, Chili Storm made her debut in 1947's Millie the Model Comics #8, brought to life by Pete Riss at what would become Marvel Comics. She emerged from that wonderfully breezy postwar era of humor and glamour titles, sharing pages with the likes of Millie Collins, Hedy De Vine, and Clicker Holbrook — the bright, witty ensemble that made those books such a delight. What's genuinely remarkable is that a character born in 1947 has kept turning up all the way into 2024, even crossing into the pages of Avengers alongside Reed Richards, proving that some personalities from comics' earliest days simply refuse to fade away.
