Captain K'rot

Captain K'rot is a foul-mouthed, roguish anthropomorphic rabbit operating in the far reaches of DC's cosmic universe, introduced in the sci-fi anthology Threshold as a self-serving space scoundrel entangled in the deadly intergalactic reality-hunt known as The Hunted.

A rough-edged, fast-talking space rogue who crashed into DC's cosmic corner in 2013, Captain K'rot was conjured by Keith Giffen and Tom Raney in the pages of Threshold — a short-lived but lovably scrappy sci-fi anthology that gave the outer reaches of the DC Universe a gritty, lived-in feel. K'rot keeps wild company in those pages, rubbing elbows with the likes of Jediah Caul, Stealth, and even Jaime Reyes, which tells you this title wasn't afraid to mix cosmic weirdness with familiar faces. With only a handful of appearances to his name, he's a genuine deep-cut collectible — the kind of oddball Modern Age find that makes digging through back issues so rewarding.
