Archangel

Fresh from the cutting edge of Marvel's Modern Age reinvention, Archangel made their debut in Ultimate Wolverine #7 (2025), brought to life by writer Chris Condon and artist Alessandro Cappuccio. This is a character stepping into a world populated by some of Marvel's most ferocious and compelling figures — Wolverine, Sabretooth, Gambit, and Sprite among them — which tells you something about the intense, high-stakes corner of the Ultimate universe they inhabit. Splitting their appearances between Ultimate Wolverine and Ultimate X-Men, Archangel is very much a creature of this bold new era of Marvel storytelling, and with only a handful of appearances so far, now is exactly the thrilling moment to get in on the ground floor.
