About the series
Hajime Segawa's Tokyo ESP (2015–2017, Vertical) follows Rinka Urushiba, a high school girl who gains the ability to phase through solid objects after a run-in with glowing fish. With other newly empowered students, she must navigate a world where psychic powers have become disturbingly common. Segawa both writes and draws this eight-issue series, co-writing with Kumar Sivasubramanian, delivering a fast-paced action story that explores the cost of sudden, strange abilities.
