On her way to school on her bike, sixteen year old Rinka Urushiba is confronted by two strange sights: A flying penguin chasing a school of ghostly fish, and a young man who claims one of the fish entered her body and gave her the power to pass through solid objects. On the way to the hospital, she discovers her father has also acquired a mysterious power, and is at that moment buried under a mountain of vehicles his body attracted.
