About the series
The legendary humor magazine Mad returned to its comic-book roots in 2018, reviving the iconic EC format that launched its signature blend of satire and parody. Under the steady hands of longtime contributors like Dick DeBartolo, Arnie Kogen, and Al Jaffee, with art by Mort Drucker, Jaffee, and Jack Rickard, this series continued the tradition of skewering pop culture and politics through its trademark fold-ins, send-ups, and the gap-toothed grin of Alfred E. Neuman. Spanning 51 issues, it proved that Mad’s irreverent spirit remained sharp and relevant for a new generation.
